Frequently Asked Questions
Rekt is a hypercasual trading app, that makes trading fun! Get started today at rekt.money
Rekt provides tools for interacting with digital assets but does not provide investment advice, recommendations, or brokerage services.
Perpetuals are powered by a third-party provider, Phoenix (phoenix.trade), and Rekt may add other providers in the future.
Prediction markets are Polymarket markets accessed via the Jupiter (jup.ag) API.
Rekt does not operate, control, custody, or handle any of these markets or their underlying data. Rekt provides a non-custodial interface only.
Rekt keeps fees simple. We don't add hidden or surprise fees — the only fees Rekt charges are on the trades below. Third-party providers may charge their own fees, and fees are subject to change.
Perpetuals
Rekt charges 0.10% (10 basis points) of the notional value of your trade — that's your full position size, including any leverage. Perpetuals are powered by Phoenix.
Prediction Markets
Rekt charges a 3% fee on your winnings, taken from your payout when you claim a settled position. It is not charged on the amount you wager.
The perps and prediction-market rates above are standard rates. Your fees may vary based on your rank (tier) — we'll soon be adding dynamic fee discounts for higher tiers, so the more you trade and climb, the lower your trading fees can be. See the Rewards & Points tab.
Fiat On-Ramp
Adding funds with a card or bank is handled by third-party on-ramp providers — currently Meld, with MoonPay coming soon. These providers set their own fees, which are outside Rekt's control, and Rekt does not add any fee on top.
*Network (blockchain) fees may also apply to on-chain transactions. All fees are subject to change and may vary based on network conditions, liquidity, or third-party provider requirements.
Rekt requires a minimum of $1 trades by default. Sometimes our partners might have trouble supporting small transactions based on volumes, so if your transaction is failing to go through, please wait a couple hours or increase the size of your trade.
Minimums may change based on network conditions or third-party provider requirements.
There are a number of reasons why the value of your trade after you make it might appear different than what was shown before placing the trade. Some reasons include:
- Slippage: Rekt works closely with partners to ensure the best execution for your trade, but depending on the size of your trade and the available liquidity, there can be some variation once the trade is executed.
- Network Congestion: If the network is experiencing an influx of transactions, this can cause delays in finalizing your transaction which can cause price discrepancy.
- Fees: Rekt takes a small fee on every trade. To learn more, please read the section dedicated to fees.
Displayed prices are estimates and may differ from final execution prices. Rekt does not guarantee execution at any displayed price.
Rekt offers a few ways to add funds. Card and bank on-ramps are handled by third-party providers — currently Meld, with MoonPay coming soon.
These providers set their own fees, processing times, and eligibility requirements, which are outside Rekt's control.
Every trade you make on Rekt earns points. Points push you up seven tiers. Tiers multiply your earnings and unlock perks. Invite friends and you earn off their trading. Here's the complete, no-hand-waving breakdown — every rate, every threshold, every bonus.
- Earn points by trading — 1 point per $10 of perps volume, 1 point per $1 on prediction markets.
- Two multipliers stack on your trade points: how early you joined (permanent) + your current tier (+5% to +40%).
- 5-day trading streaks pay a flat bonus (50 → 3,200 pts, by tier).
- Seven tiers, Bronze (0 pts) → XXL Diamond (500,000 pts), each unlocking more invites, a bigger multiplier, and larger streak bonuses.
- Referrals: 500 points each (you and your friend) when they first trade, plus 10% of their base trading points while they keep trading.
- Runs in seasons — points, tier, streak and invites reset each season; your earliness multiplier is permanent.
1. Earning points
You earn trade-volume points on every qualifying trade, scaled by the dollar volume you trade:
| Market | Rate | In plain terms |
|---|---|---|
| Perps | 0.1 pts / $1 notional | 1 point per $10 of volume |
| Prediction markets | 1.0 pts / $1 | 1 point per $1 wagered |
- Points are credited only when a trade actually executes. Failed or rejected orders earn nothing.
- Volume is measured as notional (position size), so leverage counts: a $100 margin position at 10x = $1,000 notional = 100 base points.
- Points round to the nearest whole point, in your favor.
2. Multipliers — earn faster
Your base trade points get boosted by two multipliers that add together:
points earned = base points × (1 + earliness% + tier%)
They add, they don't compound — User Zero (+30%) at Gold (+15%) = +45%, not +49.5%. Multipliers apply to trade-volume points only — never to flat referral or streak bonuses.
Earliness multiplier — permanent, by join order
The earlier your account, the bigger your forever boost. It's based on your permanent signup position and never resets, season after season.
| Cohort | Who | Boost |
|---|---|---|
| User Zero | Alpha accounts (joined before public launch) | +30% |
| First 10 | The next 10 accounts after launch | +25% |
| First 100 | The next 100 after that | +20% |
| First 1K | The next 1,000 after that | +15% |
| First 10K | The next 10,000 after that | +10% |
| First 100K | The next 100,000 after that | +5% |
| Everyone after | Standard | +0% |
Your current tier adds its own boost on top, from +5% at Bronze up to +40% at XXL Diamond (full ladder below). This portion resets with your tier each season.
Worked example
A $2,000 notional perps trade = 2,000 × 0.1 = 200 base points. As a User Zero (+30%) sitting at Gold (+15%) → +45% → 200 × 1.45 = 290 points for that one trade.
3. Streaks — trade daily for bonuses
Place at least one qualifying trade on consecutive days to build a streak. Every 5 days in a row, you hit a milestone and collect a flat bonus — bigger the higher your tier. Milestones land at 5, 10, 15, 20… days. Days are counted in UTC — each day runs from 00:00 to 23:59 UTC, so plan your daily trade accordingly.
| Tier | Streak bonus (every 5 days) |
|---|---|
| Bronze | 50 pts |
| Silver | 100 pts |
| Gold | 200 pts |
| Platinum | 400 pts |
| Diamond | 800 pts |
| XL Diamond | 1,600 pts |
| XXL Diamond | 3,200 pts |
Miss a day and the streak resets to zero
Your streak counts consecutive days only. Skip a single day and it drops back to 0 and you start the chain again — so keep it alive.
4. The tier ladder — every perk
Your season points total sets your tier. Here's the complete table — points to reach, and everything each tier unlocks:
| Tier | Points to reach | Points multiplier | Referrals / season | 5-day streak bonus | Fee perks |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bronze | 0 | +5% | 1 | 50 | — |
| Silver | 1,000 | +10% | 3 | 100 | Coming soon |
| Gold | 5,000 | +15% | 5 | 200 | Coming soon |
| Platinum | 15,000 | +20% | 10 | 400 | Coming soon |
| Diamond | 50,000 | +25% | 15 | 800 | Coming soon |
| XL Diamond | 100,000 | +30% | 25 | 1,600 | Coming soon |
| XXL Diamond | 500,000 | +40% | Unlimited | 3,200 | Coming soon |
Fee perks are coming. Higher tiers will unlock trading-fee discounts — we're finishing the rollout and will announce when they go live. Everything else in this table is active today.
5. Referrals — invite friends, earn together
Share your referral code (or just your username) and you earn both a one-time bonus and an ongoing share of your friends' trading. Each tier gives you a set number of referral slots per season (1 at Bronze up to unlimited at XXL Diamond — see the tier ladder above). Slots refresh each season, and referrals you've already made are always kept.
Pending vs. completed — and what uses a slot
Pending — your friend signed up with your code, but hasn't traded yet. Nothing has paid out.
Completed — your friend placed their first qualifying trade (any perp or prediction-market trade that earns points). This is the moment rewards unlock.
Pending invites still use a slot. A slot is taken the instant a friend signs up with your code — whether or not they've traded. So at Gold (5 slots), if three friends signed up but only one has traded, you're using 3 of 5 (2 pending + 1 completed). Slots only free up at the next season reset.
The reward — 500 + 500, on completion
When a pending referral becomes completed (your friend's first qualifying trade): you earn 500 points and they earn 500 points. A referral that stays pending earns nothing until they place that first trade.
The ongoing share — 10%
On top of the one-time bonus, once a referral is completed you earn 10% of that friend's base trading points — for as long as they keep trading.
- Base points only. The 10% is calculated on your friend's base trade points — earliness and tier multipliers do not apply to it.
- Single-level: you earn from people you invite, not from the people they invite.
- It's a bonus on top; it never reduces what your friend earns.
- Example: your referee makes a $2,000 perps trade (200 base points) → you get 20 points, automatically.
Promo codes
Keep an eye out for promo codes (e.g. FIRST100) that give new users a one-time points bonus with no referrer needed — same activation rule (pays on first qualifying trade). Each code has a limited number of redemptions, so watch our channels for drops.
6. Seasons — what resets, what's forever
The program runs in seasons. Season length will be announced ahead of each season. At each rollover:
Resets for a fresh race
Season points total · Your tier (you re-climb) · Your streak · Your seasonal invite allotment
Permanent — never resets
Your earliness multiplier (User Zero / First-N status) · Your existing referral relationships (your referees stay yours)
Points have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash or any other monetary equivalent. Program values reflect the current incentives configuration and may be adjusted ahead of public launch. Fee discounts are not yet active. We'll announce changes in our official channels.
Perpetual trades (1 point per $10 of notional) and prediction-market trades (1 point per $1). Only executed trades count — failed or rejected orders earn nothing.
Yes. Points scale with notional (position size), so a leveraged position earns on its full size. A $100 margin position at 10x is $1,000 notional and earns 100 base points.
No — those are flat. The earliness and tier multipliers apply to your base trade-volume points only. Referral and streak bonuses are paid at face value.
Referral rewards are activation-gated: both 500-point bonuses land when your friend places their first qualifying trade. Until then the referral is pending and pays nothing.
Yes. A slot is taken the moment a friend signs up with your code — before they trade. So your "3 / 5 referrals" count includes both pending and completed invites. Slots free up at the next season reset.
For as long as your referee keeps trading. It's calculated on their base points only, is single-level, and never reduces what they earn.
Your earliness multiplier (permanent) and your existing referral relationships. Your points, tier, streak, and seasonal invite allotment reset each season.
No. Rekt is non-custodial and never takes custody of your funds. Your funds are held in a Privy wallet that only you control — regardless of how you sign in — and Rekt can never access, move, or freeze them. You are always in full control.
If you authenticate with an external wallet (such as Phantom, Solflare, or Seeker), you are solely responsible for keeping control of that wallet. Rekt has no way to reset or recover it, and does not store its private keys or seed phrase.
Security is core to Rekt. We are non-custodial by design: your assets live in your own Privy wallet, secured so that only you can authorize transactions. Rekt never takes custody and cannot touch your balance.
Privy is a trusted wallet infrastructure provider used to power your in-app wallet. Whether you sign in with a login or connect an external wallet, you remain in full control of your funds at all times.
If you sign in with email or a social login, your access and your Privy wallet are tied to that login — try signing in again, and restart the app if needed.
If you created your account with an external crypto wallet (Solflare / Phantom / Seeker / etc.), you'll need access to that wallet, unlocked, to log in again. If you're still having trouble, try closing both Rekt and your wallet and restarting both before trying again.
If you lose access to an external wallet, unfortunately there is no way for us to recover it — Rekt is non-custodial and does not store or have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet credentials.
To delete your account, go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account. Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered. Our support team will not be able to restore your account after deletion. If you have any funds in the app, you must first transfer all your holdings to another wallet. This prevents any funds from being permanently lost during the account deletion process.
Deleting your account does not delete your wallet or blockchain activity, which remain permanently recorded on the blockchain.
While Rekt is available in 150+ countries, those located in the United States, or countries sanctioned by the United States are not eligible to use Rekt at this time.
Availability may change based on regulatory requirements in your jurisdiction.
